Terms & Fulfillment

1. Digital Products & Delivery

Products offered on Agromancy.com are digital goods, including PDF adventure folios, high-resolution battlemap archives, and Foundry Virtual Tabletop module packages.

Kickstarter Campaign Fulfillment: Products purchased via Kickstarter will be fulfilled in October 2026 following the successful conclusion of the campaign and payment processing. Backers will receive download links and access keys directly by email.

2. License and Permitted Use

Purchasing an adventure gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and run the content for your private gaming sessions. You may:

• Print copies of maps and character handouts for your local gaming table.
• Load battlemaps and module files into your personal virtual tabletop software (Foundry VTT, Roll20, etc.).
• Stream or record your sessions playing the adventure, provided you attribute Agromancy.

You may not redistribute, resell, share digital files publicly, or use artwork and story text in commercial derivative products without written permission.

3. Fair Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, once digital files or module manifest keys have been sent or downloaded, sales are generally final. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your files or corrupted downloads, please contact us immediately through our Help Center and we will ensure you receive functional copies or issue an appropriate remedy.

4. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

This adventure is compatible with 5th Edition rules under the Open Game License (OGL) and Creative Commons CC-BY-4.0 System Reference Document. Dungeons & Dragons is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Agromancy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

Foundry Virtual Tabletop is a registered trademark of Atropos Productions LLC. Agromancy modules are independently produced software compatible with Foundry VTT.
